I always stay at this place in Palermo. The staff was kind to help me with late check-in. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, kitchen, flat-screen TV. I come back for city trips.

We loved the rooms here, especially the air conditioning, and the convenience of having a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

The building and rooms are nice with around half a dozen bedrooms.

Mind-blowing location near markets and bus stop, super attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, clean shower and fully equipped kitchen that works perfectly. I'd definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center. the receptionist was friendly and the place felt homie with a tidy and neat atmosphere. the room was spacious, quiet, and spotless with a well-functioning air conditioning unit. the shared common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, and living room were also clean. the hotel is close to public transportation and the most iconic buildings in the city. Luigi's recommendations for places to eat and drink were amazing. a wonderful place to stay!

I stayed at this wonderful place for a few days and it was a great experience. The location is excellent, close to the city center and public transportation. The rooms, shared kitchen, and living room were all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and Luigi's recommendations for local eateries were amazing. Luigi himself was a friendly and helpful host. Air conditioning, WiFi, and TV worked well. a really nice apartment and I will definitely be back when I visit again!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and historical sites. Plus, the bus stop to the airport is just across the street, making it easy to catch our flight. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on places to visit and eat, which made our city trip even more enjoyable.

One thing that bothered us is that sometimes the shower didn't have hot water, which was a bit disappointing. the noise from the ventilation system during the night was quite loud and disturbed our sleep.

We were originally booked at another hotel, but due to urgent works, we were moved to LIOLA' B&B. The room was clean and the common area was cute. The location was great for meeting other guests.

The location is ideal, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the immediate surroundings offering delicious local specialties and typical Italian food. The safety features of the property, including carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers, ensure a worry-free stay. The convenient amenities, such as complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance, make for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The guesthouse is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the main tourist sites, catch a bus to the airport, or visit the nearby Modello beach. The shared bathroom and kitchen area are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

There was an issue with the private toilet not being exclusive to our room, resulting in other guests using it. The staff attempted to resolve the situation by cleaning the toilet, but this was still disappointing as we had paid for a private facility.
